Nutrition for health – standards at “Uzdrowisko Horyniec” Sp. z o.o.

At our spa, tradition and modernity go hand in hand. From January 1, 2026, we are introducing new collective nutrition standards in accordance with the Minister of Health’s Regulation of December 12, 2025. At “Uzdrowisko Horyniec” we believe that properly balanced, nutritious meals are the foundation of recovery and harmony.

What makes our meals special?

  • Fresh products – vegetables, fruits, lean meats, and fish. Our menu is based exclusively on natural, fresh ingredients.
  • 7-day menu – meals planned a week in advance by dietitians, ensuring variety and balanced nutrition.
  • Recovery support – diet designed with the treatment process in mind, supporting regeneration and enhancing therapy effects.
  • Specialist nutrition – when needed, we provide specialist nutrition, always under medical supervision.

Healthy eating principles
