General Rehabilitation Ward
The ward is located in the building of the Clinical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center for Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiological Conditions. It is intended for patients requiring comprehensive rehabilitation services, continuing their treatment.
Patients are admitted based on a referral with current medical documentation confirming the diagnosis.
Document Submission
The referral for inpatient general rehabilitation should include the department code VIII – 4300 and the patient’s phone number. Documents can be submitted:

- by registered mail,

Referring Specialists
Referrals for rehabilitation are issued by physicians from the following departments:
- trauma and orthopedic,
- surgical,
- neurosurgical,
- neurological,
- rheumatological,
- internal medicine.

Qualification for Rehabilitation
Patients meeting the medical criteria are placed on the waiting list. The appointment date is communicated by phone. In some cases, a personal consultation may be required. Final qualification takes place on the day of arrival. In case of refusal, the patient receives an information card with justification.
