Full body underwater massage
Full body underwater massage is an advanced physical treatment combining classic therapeutic massage techniques with the beneficial effects of water bathing. It is performed in a special tub where the submerged patient’s body is massaged using a water jet under appropriately adjusted pressure, directed from a movable nozzle beneath the water surface.
The treatment begins only after the patient has fully relaxed, which increases its effectiveness. The therapist uses rubbing, gentle kneading, mixing, and rolling techniques adapted to the patient’s needs.
Regular use of full body underwater massage:
- relaxes tense muscles and tissues,
- reduces pain,
- stimulates peripheral circulation,
- improves blood flow and tissue oxygenation,
- supports metabolism and toxin removal,
- reduces nervous tension with calming effects,
- improves overall well-being and sleep quality.
Particularly recommended for people aged 60+ with musculoskeletal pain, limited mobility, and requiring gentle yet effective rehabilitation.
